Upholstery is one of the earliest trades. It also though has become a dying art with only few new people taking it up - and many of the old methods being forgotten.
Only recently has demand for quality upholstery become stronger over the years as manufacturing has weakened. Many people opt for renovating their furniture because of the poor quality and styles on offer in retail stores.
